Review

Jack delivered my vehicle and he was fantastic. The finance manager left a little to be desired. Originally interested in nationally advertised lease, but the money factor was grossly elevated when the final deal was being negotiated. I'm ok with the dealership/finance manager making money, but the rental charge exceeded 5,000, which was a little ridiculous and was according to her, non-negotiable. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Hyundai and this was almost the last because of that encounter. Opted out of being contacted by insurance companies for solicitation at time of purchase, yet still received phone calls immediately after purchase which seemed a little shady. Ended up paying cash for the car. Again, Jack was great and the 10 is for him. The finance manager would've received a 3.
