Amazing customer service
I had an emergency and needed to drop off my car. I am in the middle of moving. The person that checked me in let me know that I would have to wait and that you do not offer loaner cars. He also said it would be at least 3 hours. I had already had a rough day and hearing that was very upsetting to me. The young man seem to have very little experience dealing with customers and he definitely had no compassion for my situation. I believe at one point I said just do whatever you need to do I just need my car fixed. He looked at me and said well then it’ll be 159 for a diagnostic check. I looked at him and said my car is less than two years old with very little mileage. This is also the fourth car I’ve bought from this dealership and didn’t appreciate how he was dealing with me. I told him I needed a manager right away. That’s when he called over Brad. I was relieved to see him as I have worked with him before. He was very apologetic and understanding. I explained my situation and I also told him that the young man prior to me wanted to charge me for a diagnostic check and then he had also informed me that the mechanics were all at lunch. Brad said give me a minute let me go see what I can do. He came back he said he was gonna get me in right away he had spoke to the service manager. About an hour later Brad came back out to keep me informed as to what was going on. He also apologized again for how I was treated earlier. He said the young man I was dealing with was fairly new and he did talk to him about how to do things a little different. Brad recognized me from coming in over the years and it was nice to have a friendly face. The repair itself took close to 2 1/2 hours. The huge difference there was Brad kept me informed along the way and I felt like I was a priority. Once my car was completed he explained that I got a new battery no charge, since it was still under warranty. I told him that I wish I was able to give him a hug that’s how excited I was to just have my car fixed so that I can continue moving. Finally I took a card of his and I told him from now on I will request him. He said if I needed anything his phone number was on there including a cell phone. He told me to call anytime. All I can say as a someone who’s been in retail management for 15 years you were lucky to have such a person working for you. Kudos to Brad.

I only did this just because Rich who was at the service desk did his best to take care of me being very limited on help. But this location will have to build my trust back in order for me to truly change my opinion on the service and reputation of this establishment. That's something I will not rescore!!!

Good. Cust Serv...Just need more help
Rich was nice patient and very helpful. There needs to be a lot of fine tuning and paying attention to detail when it comes to the maintenance quality on servicing vehicles. Since Covid things have slipped a lot. But overall, I think the front line team do the best they can with what they have.

Work was finally performed after an additional explanation of the possible symptoms by me. I pretty much had to diagnose the problem before they would work on the vehicle since the warranty wouldn’t pay for time to investigate. The repairs only lasted 3 days then reappeared.
