How much to install automatic windows on the other 3 doors instead of just the driver window? No air conditioned seats in back, only heated seats in front and back seats. Automatic power window only for front driver. Need all 4 windows to be automatic. How much to put air conditioning in the back seats? Because I already have air conditioned seats in the front. Also when will your brand new facility be ready to use?

Love my Tucson

I've owned 4 Santa Fes and 2 Tucsons. I switched to Tucson when the Santa Fe was redesigned to a little larger than I wanted. Love Hyundai for the cost, styling, service and most of all reliability.

Solid and safe car for my teenagers

I purchased two Hyundai Tucsons for my two teenage kids. I liked the safety features, electronics, and the warranty. The cars were a good choice for new drivers. Disappointed with the brevity of the Blue link subscription and website functionality. The subscription lapsed and I could not renew via website.

Love this vehicle

I purchased my 2020 Tucson during covid and it was the best decision ever. I love how this vehicle drives and it’s a perfect fit for me. I travel a lot and whether it’s cold, hot, snow or ice, it has handled awesome. I would definitely recommend Hyundai

Hyundai Performance

Car drives well and is pretty much maintenance free. Love having a backup camera along with driver alert rear view mirrors. Like notification alerting when going into other lane without signaling. Overall this vehicle is great.

Very satisfied with all the features. I feel very safe on it. Its presence on the road is important for me. It has the perfect size, no so big, no so small car. This feature is important when you drive in a very congested high way.

Enjoyable to drive

I have enjoyed driving the Tucson, and really like all the upgrades that interact with a smartphone, especially the navigation. It’s been so helpful when on vacation, but also finding my way in town when looking for a place I’m not familiar with.

My 2020 Hyundai Tuscon is a quality vehicle in various. It is nice looking, well-designed, and well engineered.

I'm extremely busy. I took time to fill out your closed-ended questionnaire and do so in a thoughtful manner that would be productive to the organization. I made some short, but precise comments regarding the looks, quality, and durability of the vehicle. Following that I tried to exist the survey, but I was not allowed to do so unless all the earlier answers I provided would be lost. As someone who has during his career headed a survey research center at a university, you should never make existing a survey that difficult or you are not to get reliable information. I am now going to try existing again and if your will not allow me to accomplish that objective, I will simply end the survey and whatever information will likely be lost.

Small

Seats was too narrow for my wife and I to be comfortable in car. We loved the infinity stereo system and sport package but it wasn't enough to make us happy with back pain after 60 miles of travel and we travel over 20,000 miles a year. Glad it is gone!

Very nice suv do drive.Very comfortable,and has good leg room.The styling of the vehicle is excellent.I get a lot of compliments on the looks of the tucson.The gas mileage is decent.The controls are nicely spaced.

Hyundai - Failing at all levels.

Imagine buying a car meant to get you from point A to point B with a great sounding warranty and some maintenance thrown in as well. Imagine that maintenance plan not being explained to you until the day you spend an hour driving to the dealership who sold you the vehicle only to find out that you then have to pay for the oil because its too early for your change(Even though it was dictated by the dealership when to do the oil changes). Now imagine that you start to enjoy the vehicle even if the dealership mislead you with the maintenance then around 11,000 miles your car exhibits some god awful noises out of the exhaust. Your catalytic converter has somehow failed waaaaaaay shorter than it is to be expected. Now imagine you drive that hour to the dealership only for them to 'visually inspect' this failure and tell you that they've found nothing wrong. Hyundai has failed me each step they could. First with the maintenance. Second with the exhaust. And again when I attempted to contact Hyundai through other routes to get help for the issue - only to be dismissed. They have my money already - why worry. I've since bought a Toyota and love it.

This is my 5th new Hyundai in 10 years I have not had any problems with these vehicles Hyundai vehicles are reasonably priced and I have had no problems with Hyundai Motor Finance taking my credit on getting these vehicles financed!

Outstanding Vehicle

This is my 3rd Hyundai and all have been outstanding vehicles in every respect, quality, durability, performance, etc. I've had the Tucson for 2-years and it is outstanding! My wife has a 2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0 which she loves and may pass down to one of the children because of the quality and performance whenever gets the urge to buy another Santa Fe.

Best SUV for the money in all catagories.

The only way to appreciate the quality and ride of this SUV is to take it for a long test drive not just around the block but on the highway and side roads. Once you do that you will buy one... In a another year we will be looking at buying another one. Already took a 2022 for a test drive and love it but just not ready to buy

Love the looks and the comfort of the vehicle

When we bought this SUV we were impressed with it when we took the test drive. This was the third car we went for a test drive in and new before we got back to the dealership this was the one. It was more then we expected and to really see and enjoy this car you must test drive it.

If you want a good vehicle, get a Hyundai. You will find it to be one of the best cars you ever had. I did. I plan on buying another but not for a while because I like this one so much. I will probably upgrade to the Santa Fe.
