God customer service, poor negotiations, no transparency, no privacy
Overall experience soured by having to pay nearly $4,000 extra due to no rebate and significantly undervaluing my trade-ins. Nonsense explanation given for why trade-in vehicles were undervalued by $3,000-4,000. Wish I'd purchased from a different dealership.

Jeff Plunkett was great. He would not let me leave until my phone was hooked up to my car, bluelink all setup and even went over the owners Manuel. He answered all my question and great to work with. I never had this kind of experience buying vehicles before. This is my first Hyundai I purchased and I am very pleased with the car and the service I received from the dealership and Jeff.

Hyundai of Everett treated me like family
I worked with Jeff Plunket on purchasing a new N-line elantra. It was later in the day after wasting the entire day at a different dealer. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Jeff although he was clearly busy he made sure to let me know he would be right there, and he was. I told him which car I wanted, what I had for a trade and around what I'd like to pay monthly. I swear it was under an hour before I was driving away in my new car! They got me the price I wanted, showed me all the bells and whistles to the car, explained everything about the warranties and services without being boring, and I actually enjoyed my time there. I will be back for my next vehicles and as I'm telling you I have told my friends and family. No there place will make you feel as welcome and respected.

Was just a great experience after looking around and looking for a car all day the day b4 and nobody wanting to help us really. So the next day after a coworker told me bout Hyundai of Everett I looked online n the very next day I showed n we were greeted almost immediately and dident feel pressured like some it the other places or lack there of but really just a really great experience overall

Great vehicle Stupid cargo mat
I love the Santa Fe It handles nicely and backing up is a breeze. The salesman was good but very busy.
I bought the custom cargo mat that is a complete joke. It looks like it is custom made for a completely different vehicle. There are cutouts at one end- completely unnecessary - and there should be extensions on the sides at the opposite end Whom ever designed this really needs to get a different job
Also I bought this vehicle in December it is now March and I am still waiting for my floor mats

I live in Bay Area and Bought a Palisade from them because Hyundai Dealers in Bay area were asking for $8,000 to $10,000 above sticker price.

Lee Johnson is a great dealership, not only they offered me a fair price (below sticker and below KBB) the overall sales process was Straight forward, transparent and easy for an out of state purchaser like me.

They are the most honest, transparent and easy to work with Car dealers in the Pacific Northwest.
