I'm sorry we didn't tell you that all oil and filter changes take up to an hour because it includes a free multi point inspection which includes removing your wheels to inspect your brakes,topping off your fluids,inspecting your drive belts,checking for any leaks,measuring tire depth etc as for the time outside the car is pulled out by the tech then the tech fills out the paper work for the inspection than hands it in to the advisor to print out for you. If you want just and oil and filter change and skip the inspection we can accommodate you in the future and cut the time down to a half hour.
