2018 tundra

We were looking for a newer tundra, got our finances all done and went shopping for it. I messaged about a blue tundra i seen online at your lot. Michael responded quickly with all my inquiries, carfax, maintenance records, everything I asked for. It was literally his incredible customer service that brought us from 2 plus hours away to look at this tundra. We had driven a few of them, even had one my girlfriend really liked in Mount Vernon, but I was concerned with what appeared to be low oil pressure on the gauge, when Michael checked back with me, he then provided a video of the cold start oil pressure from the truck we ended up buying from you guys. Initially when we made the trip to Auburn I'd already made my mind up to let a manager know about his great customer service whether we bought the truck or not, well we ended up buying the truck. I appreciated his awareness to know that we were not going to do the "traditional car sales routine " we got right down to business and reached a agreement. I will say I'm not a Volkswagen guy so I probably wouldn't be buying from you guys again, but I did enjoy doing business with Michael.

Pretty amazing for a dealership

Everybody here was very friendly and efficient. Do your research and come prepared with your best bargaining abilities but their cars are priced better than anywhere in the area. The cars are clean, drive well, and the dealership seems to want to make sure you have a good experience. Their post sale warranty is automatic and the best I’ve had from a dealership. I would recommend this dealer and Michael as a salesman was very friendly and easygoing. No pressure to buy and very knowledgeable about the car.

Best car buying experience to date

I am one of those people who hates the car buying experience. For me, buying a car is like going to the dentist. The Bud Clary auto group changed that for me. The first place I went was Bud Clary Chrysler. I was looking for a used car and the sales person, Paul, did his best to help me, but it didn’t work out. He did, however find a car for me over at the Volkswagen dealership. He drove me to Bud Clary Auburn Volkswagen and I was able to purchase a car without any troubles. It was a very smooth and easy carb buying experience. Michael Charrey was my sales person and he was very knowledgeable and kind. Brandon in finance was able to wrap up the signing process quickly. He was honest and explained key points with no pressure. From now on, I will only go to the Bud Clary auto group when purchasing future vehicles.
