At the beginning of August, my Hyundai experienced an unexpected engine failure. I remembered seeing
My Car Doc’s sign on the street corner by my apartment a while back, so I took a chance and had my car towed there (here) and I am SO glad I did.
I don’t even know where to start. When John called to deliver the bad news and walk me through my options / his recommendations he was so kind and patient, answering every single one of my questions with plenty of detail. The night before, I had left him a voicemail and had mentioned a possible warranty on the engine in passing. He went above and beyond by calling local dealerships and checking (I believe it was) NHTSA to see if there were any active warranties that would cover me.
The entire time I felt like this team had my best interest at heart. I know they probably see tons of customers a week, but they made me feel like more than just another job, which meant the absolute world to me.
Unfortunately, my best option was to get a new car. While I worked through everything with Hyundai and searched for a replacement, they’ve let me keep my car on their lot for a generous amount of time, leaving me with one less thing I’ve had to worry about during this very stressful time.
My Car Doc is a masterclass in customer service and I cannot recommend them enough!!!! I have so much gratitude for this team, and I will absolutely be back for any future services on my new car.

I have taken my vehicles to Raymonds for a few years now and have always received the best service fr
om them. Everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and helpful without exception and I always feel treated like a friend and not just a customer.
Raymond's has serviced everything from my Challenger to my pickups since 2021ish. Most recently, I dropped my 2002 truck off with a fuel smell. I was in no rush to get it back so was very pleasantly surprised to get a call the next day with details of what they had found. I requested a full diagnostic on the truck just to make sure it was road worthy (it sits more than it drives) and I was given the details of repairs that were recommended, why they were recommended, if the repairs could be postponed and an estimated cost of the individual repairs barring any unusual circumstances. All of my questions were answered in a way I could understand and I opted to postpone some of the recommendations with absolutely no pressure.
As a single (older) woman, it is important to have service that you can trust, and I trust Raymonds.
