Excellent customer service. My car wouldn't start at home and after not being able to schedule service with the dealer (due to the dealer software system hack) and after unsuccessfully trying to reach 3 different mobile mechanics, I reached out to my local Holly Springs realtor (as I was new to the area) who referred me to 55 Auto Works. Rob answered the phone on the 2nd ring, was able to schedule the car for service almost immediately and accepted the car being towed in the same day. He got back to me within 30 minutes of the car's arrival with the diagnosis and repaired the car and did an oil change at my request and had the car ready the next morning. I will definitely be going back and am also planning on utilizing their partner collision repair service. So happy to have found a reputable, honest local mechanic.
