Jack is a true person, expert of what he does. He always accommodate my busy schedule. Just recently when I brought my wife's suv for a possible battery replacement. After testing the battery and told us that there is no issue and the battery still good, he did not even charge us a single penny. Even shook my hands, and told me to bring the vehicle if any problem arises.
