I must say, that I was quite hesitant because you cannot trust everyone in the line of work. I went to this place and the lobby was clean, I appreciate that they all had uniforms with name and positions. I talked with an old guy name Ron; he was quite soft spoken but he was a very nice person. He took all my information ( a bit more than expected which kinda made me think, men he take long but, I get it. you cannot get enough information). he called a guy from the back of the shop ( a technician ) and introduce me to him and I told that guy what I was looking to get; he first asked me why I wanted to do all the tune and he check my service schedule and some of the things I really did not need right away so I appreciated that I did not have to spend all that money. he did my spark plugs, coils, filters (engine filter), cabin filters, oil change, brake pads and trans service. he rested all the service schedule lights seems like they have the Mercedes computers and I was off for the races. the price was about 40% less than the dealership and quite bit less than 2 other local shops we called. they took pictures of everything and emailed the entire repair to me and reported it to car fax. I appreciate them and they seem on the real in what they do so I will give them another try.
