I took my 2005 Honda to Richard at Power Auto.
He was extremely patient and clearly explained the issues with my car and the options I had in getting it back on the road in great shape. He called me at every turn to explain what they had discovered and a plan going forward. I know have a place I trust to take car of all my vehicles.

What a Great Surprise!
I had been looking for a replacement mechanic to deal with my vehicle. I finally went on Yelp! and found Power. I am really delighted. They're close, they're VERY thorough, and the cost was reasonable, I believe - certainly better than other estimates I had received.

Yes, sir, I will most definitely be back.

Matthew said the staff went way past the time his vehicle should have been done multiple times. When he got his vehicle back it was done incorrectly and he had to fix the issue himself. It was an honest mistake but it should have been figured out by them during the road test. During the service he did not receive a phone call regarding when his vehicle would be done, he had to go to the business to find out what was going on with it.
