So I’m Upset! I Have Stage 5 Kidney Disease And I’m A Dialysis Patient! Everytime I Leave My Car With A & A They Always Give It Back To Me Late! It Be Weeks Later! Over A Month Later! Close To A Coulle Months! Me And My Case Workers From The Kenneth Young Center Ask For A Detailed Breakdown Of Everything That’s Wrong With The Car! They Left The Most Important Thing Out! I Have A 1993 Cadillac Sedan Deville And My Caseworker And I Have Put A Lot Of Money Into The Vehicle! Why Is It That I Need A Whole New Car After All The Repairs I’ve Had With Them??? They Said That I Need A New Frame After They Did All The Work And Took Money From Us! The Car Is Not Repairable Now! We Had Them Put In A Transmission And Sway Bar Links And A Series Of All Other Type Of Work Which Requires Them To Work Underneath The Car! The Frame Was Never Broken Is What The Owner Joe Tells Me! So Why Is It Broken Now???? They Don’t Take Accountability For Breaking Or Damaging Anything ! I Just Got My Car Out Of The Shop! Now They messed Up My Radio and had the nerve to ask me was the radio working before I brought it in???? Like are you not inspecting my vehicle before you work on it? I just put a brand new stereo system in my car and now it’s not working! As well! My Car is still leaking coolant but they love to keep charging me for coolant and telling me that the leak is fixed and everytime I look under my car! It’s leaking so much and the prices are ridiculous! We paid all this money for a car to be repaired to drive! Not so it can sit at home in a parking lot not able to drive far or nearly anywhere I need to go! It’s unacceptable work they do! I have not driven my car freely without a problem since they have been working on it and the time they tell me to drop off the vehicle to the time it’s time to pick it up is ridiculous! So I took my car to another mechanic up the road! They told me that they are ripping me off and just taking money from me! The man put my car on a lift and lifted it up and showed me the damage and said the car is not repairable! The frame is rusted out and so bad ! They. Said that the people were just taking money from me and milking Kenneth Young Center and knowing they should not be doing any repairs on the vehicle until that was discussed! So now I had all this work done on a car and I can’t really drive the car because of the framework that supposedly is not repairable! If they new that they should have told us from the beginning besides trying to work around the car to make a quick dollar! I’ve brought my car to theses guys plenty of times not knowing that it’s something wrong with the frame and they were just taking my money and I keep bringing the car back for the same problem that they said was fixed! I’m highly upset and no I do not recommend these people to do work on nobody car! They are the type of auto shop that will mess up something and not repair it 100% and out you on the road and risk your life to get killed because of lack of care for the customer! It’s all about the money and I truly see that! The cost of labor is outrageous and they are not inspecting the vehicle 100%! But they want 100% pay! They don’t take accountability when they mess up something on your car! They are not cheap! They take money from organizations and the whole time the organization is being screwed out of money! My thing is… If you are looking to put work into a car! Take it to multiple mechanics to get an understanding besides just them… only because they are not telling you everything that is wrong with your vehicle! Everything means everything! Not half .. not just thiss is what’s wrong… everything! And the frame should have been the first thing they should have told us about! They waited until they did all that work and then told me that they don’t want to do no more work on my vehicle until the frame is fixed! What type of mechanic is that?? Why would they do that to me and just take money from me ? I need my vehicle to get back and forth to dialysis and they are not helping me! They are only in it for the money and working too fast when they do get the vehicle in the shop ! My car is still messed up and I’m out of soooo much money! I am not happy with A & A Complete Automotive! I was did wrong! Also I rode past the shop plenty of times and for weeks my car have been sitting outside not being worked on! So I know they rushed the job! It’s not ok to take money from people who really needs it and all you all had to do was say you can’t fix my car besides taking all the money and in the end saying you can’t fix the frame! Well the frame is what I need to drive and if it breaks off! The whole car is over with! So the work done on the car is pointless! Just did me bogish! Thanks A & A Complete Automotive! You have failed me as a customer! Smh!
