Jim said there are a couple of things he requested this business to do and they were not done. He was disappointed with how much money he ended up spending, when there are still repairs that need to be performed. He stated his reverse lights are not working and these were not fixed as requested. Also, his clutch was adjusted which he felt was not done entirely right. Overall, he is not too happy and he would not recommend them to others due to the reasons already stated.

We apologize that the work performed was not to your expectations, we adjusted the clutches freeplay as much as possible. We are sorry for missing the reverse light, we will gladly diagnose the issue free of charge, please give us a call as soon as possible to get this set up.

Julie said she brought her vehicle in for a front end alignment which was estimated to cost $40. When she got the vehicle and went to pay, she found she was charged an additional $20 for a rear alignment as well. When she asked about the charges, she was told they do not do front alignments without a rear alignment as well. She will not be returning to them because of this issue and would not recommend them to others. She would like them to refund the extra money they charged her because other similar businesses would not do extra work without telling her beforehand.
