Second: everyone is very polite, down to earth, and professional. No matter who I was speaking with, it was a pleasant and productive conversation.
Third: when I brought my car to them and explained my issues, I was expecting to not get my car back for at least a week. However, I was able to bring my car home after just 3 days. They completely exceeded my expectations.
Fourth: The prices were beyond reasonable. I think the main reason people dread going to the mechanic is the bill, and I too had that fear. I ended up paying significantly less than I was planning, and that sealed the deal for me: if I ever encounter an issue that I can't fix myself, Absolute Car Care is going to be the first phone call I make.
