We took our car here last month ( September) to have what we thought was the alternator replaced. It turned out it was the battery needing to be replaced. They called and tried to push more services on top of what was already being done and when we declined those they continued to push.
Well we got the car back and it was quite obvious that they did not test drive the car to make sure it was ok because as we were driving it, it began to stall out every time we slowed down/stopped.
As we are a limited budget family we could not have this "new issue" worked on until this month (October) and so took it to our regular mechanic to have it fixed and turns out this place left a vacuum hose disconnected and that was causing the stalling. So we ended up having to pay $125 to fix their incompetence. Honestly they should be responsible for that $125 that we had to pay.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE WORKED ON. If you do not buy into everything they want you to have done they will mess up your car so you have no choice but to pay more money to have things fixed.
