To my disappointment....
Overall I always have a great experience at Action Hyundai. The staff that I come in contact with are very thorough and friendly. Unfortunately much to my disappointment this last time someone left my heated seats turned on at high and I discovered someone went into my center console and took a great deal of quarters that I had in a leather pouch. Which I of course reported to management.

The stated policy is to wash the car with service. They did not wash nor vacuum.
Otherwise service was fine. Just a routine oil change.

Service in a timely fashion
First off thank you Steve ,(service dept.)I had my car in for its 37000 miles service,which is reasonably priced,and I called ahead to see if they could put 4 new tires on the same day.since I live in Cape may nj,and would be a dreadful if I was to make two trips,due to shore traffic.much to my surprise, they had completed all work to my vehicle in a timely matter. Waiting room could use a upgrade as far as coffee with some powder creamer. Really!!but all in all great place to do business with.
