Easy, no pressure sales
I reached out to the dealership via email about a CPO Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Jim Parsons responded with his contact info and we quickly got in touch over the phone. He's very professional, not pushy at all but best of all, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the cars. I was impressed with how much time he spent to go over it with me. Some dealerships ask you to be back with the car after a 30 minute test drive. Jim encouraged me to take as much time as I needed. Between getting the contract signed, financing, and trading in my old vehicle, a good 8 hours had passed and you know he was working past closing time.

As others have mentioned, Jim is great about after sales too. He follows up and ensures you're taken care of.
I highly recommend Jim and Alfa Romeo of Tacoma.
