Anyways, I’ve always had a great experience here. The gentleman who is usually at the front desk is polite, professional, and very clear when explaining things. I apologize that after all these years I still can’t remember his name my memory is terrible, but he’s always been great!
What I appreciate most is that I never feel like they’re trying to upsell me. They inspect the car, call me with what they found, explain what actually needs to be fixed, and give me the prices upfront.
