"Great customer service!"
Great customer service! They went over in detail all the services that my car 'needed', and allowed me to make decisions on whether I wanted them to perform the service, if something could be put off until another time, or if it was something I would do myself, such as change the windshield wipers. I did not feel like I was being pushed in to anything. The wait was rather lengthy, and I would not have minded if I had known ahead of time roughly how long it was going to take. It was for that reason only that I gave them four instead of five.

"Straightforward quote and service"
I first came in to talk with the service guys about my issue that I had self-diagnosed. They confirmed it was the issue I thought and gave me an initial quote. I attempted to do it myself, but couldn’t figure out how to drop the steering column, so I ended up bringing it in. I already knew the cost, and it was done quicker than I expected. Overall, it was a no-nonsense experience.
