My only issue with their work is the price for replacement parts. I had a cooler replaces that they charged $500 for the part while I can get the same part at Walmart for $100. Ouch.
I understand the high labor cost as I thought that covered additional costs of management and the facility. But it seems they need to inflate the cost of parts.
