"Honest, efficient, thorough"
Al's Auto Care fixed my daughter's vehicle. The staff is communicative, honest, and clear about the process. As a woman, I often feel like I am being taken advantage of when I go to a repair shop. I did not feel this way one bit at Al's Auto Care.

"2007 BMW X3"
I live right down the block from the shop. I have been taking my cars elsewhere, but I know the owner is very knowledgeable with BMWs.

I had the car towed in on a flatbed. Brett and Andre did a great job going over the usual stuff how they would go through the diagnostics and check everything out. I knew it was the starter and that's exactly what it was.
They replaced the starter and also replaced the serpentine belt that was about to break. The car drives better than ever and I am pleased.
I am very pleased with all of the online interactions that I've had since I brought the car in. I am an automation e ngineer and I like using the internet to interact and get updates from the shop.
