Honest, trustworthy and fair
Second time visiting this shop. Some routine maintenance as well as addressing an unknown issue I was having with my truck. Issue turned out to be something very minor but for the second time this place could have said it was an expensive fix and did not. That tells me they are honest and that's a rarity in this business and in general
