Thank you Amy for still recommended us although I failed you. It is our procedure that if a client has a noise that a tech rides with them in order that we don't fix the wrong noise. No excuses except I (Delaine the owner) didn't following procedure. The breakdown in procedure caused us to fix a noise but not the only one nor the one you were concerned with at that time. As stated per phone conversation I will replace the noisy component for 1/2 the labor. Again I do apologize for my failure.
