Thank you Amy for still recommended us although I failed you. It is our procedure that if a client has a noise that a tech rides with them in order that we don't fix the wrong noise. No excuses except I (Delaine the owner) didn't following procedure. The breakdown in procedure caused us to fix a noise but not the only one nor the one you were concerned with at that time. As stated per phone conversation I will replace the noisy component for 1/2 the labor. Again I do apologize for my failure.

Thank you for taking the time to do the phone interview. We were able to determine that the transmission had mechanical failure inside prior to dropping the transmission pan. That would have been more expense for the diagnostic and was unnecessary. We apologize we felt we were doing you a service by saving you money.
