The guy who worked on my car had no idea how to compress rear Miata caliper pistons even though I told 3 people (it's not a big place) that you do not press them in. They use a back-out screw otherwise you are going to destroy the caliper. I took a look while they were working on it only to find the guy cranking down on a huge pair of pliers trying to compress the piston. I had to run over and tell him to stop what he was doing and explain to him how to do his own job correctly. They over-torqued the lug nuts (130 ft lbs when it calls for 80), so I literally had to jump on a breaker bar to break the the lug nuts free. If I had a flat tire on the side of the road and not at my home, there was no way in hell I was going to be able to put on the spare. Had my belts replaced also because they were starting to show some wear. 1 month later the new belt snaps, and it was obviously tensioned incorrectly because it started squealing when the cold weather hit. This garage is terrible and the mechanics seem to have very little clue how to properly perform any task. Also according to their front desk, they don't charge you how long it takes to do the work, they charge based the estimated time it takes per some car repair manual. I'm sure if the time runs over, they will charge you for that also. Take my advice and go somewhere else.
