Kelly said the service was quick and efficient. The employees were not very personable and she had to call in to find out her vehicle had been ready for 1 hour. It didn't matter too much to her though because she was still at work. She has already referred 3 of her fellow co-workers to this business.

Jeffrey said he asked this business to remove his spare tire to put an exhaust system onto his vehicle but they cut off the cable that holds the spare tire onto his vehicle and he is confused as to why they did this. Since they cut the cable, he is unable to ever put a spare tire back onto his vehicle.

Spoke with Latasha. She said she thought the business specialized in foreign vehicles. They did repair the leak, but her vehicle is back to doing the same thing again just without the leak. She said she thinks she would recommend them, but for domestic vehicles only.

We definitely appreciate your business and apologize for the inconvenience.  I'm glad to hear that the power steering leak is all taken care of and working properly.  As for the computer issue in the vehicle, even if we replaced the computer which is needed, only the Range Rover dealer can program it.  They have exclusive rights to the programming as of right now. Hopefully some time in the near future we can get approval to program those types of vehicles, but as of now, the dealers are being a little greedy.  I hope we can help you again in the future.
