Smooth new car purchase and trade-in experience!
Seth was a pleasure to work with- very knowledgeable and friendly! My wife and I decided to purchase a new 2022 Kona online through Arapahoe Hyundai. Seth contacted me right away to answer any questions I may have had in order to proceed with the sale and trade. He was very flexible in scheduling a time to come to the dealership the next day and start the process. While at the dealership, Seth treated my wife and I like we were his only customers, and that was very much appreciated!!
The sale and trade went smoothly, Seth had the Kona all cleaned up and ready to go. He took the time to explain the Kona’s features and specific operation.
Bill in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. He explained the process fully with no surprises- also greatly appreciated!
This is our first Hyundai and are very happy with it so far. Both of us are retired now and have bought several vehicles at different dealerships over the years. I have to say that I am impressed with my experience at Arapahoe Hyundai- from going online to start the purchase then to driving the Kona home.
We are happy to continue doing business with Arapahoe Hyundai!
