Tricked
This place is awful. I was helping my daughter with her car and was told she needed new spark plugs. After buying them and returning the car to my daughter, she informed me she had replaced her spark plugs last winter.

She reached out to have the dealership make it right and they wouldn't even respond to her.

Needless to say, we were going to buy a new car, but won't be doing it here.
