Communication and Time
Had my car in for numerous things that the computer said I needed as well as some of what their diagnostics told me. I got the diagnostics via text about 12:15 p.m., I think. I asked for it to be ready by 4-4:30 p.m. when I dropped it off about 7:15 a.m. About 4 p.m., I called to see how it was coming along to which he replied it'd be ready by closing. That wasn't what I asked for as I had somewhere to be that evening before closing. He said he'd try to get someone else on it and we ended the call. A few minutes later, I called back to say "first thing in the morning will work". Instead of having to rush through the end of the order, I went with the "take your time approach and I'll get it in the morning." Only communication I received besides the text shortly after noon was my calling them about 4-4:15 p.m.
