The management team looks at nothing other than bottom-line and of course, they will not release vehicles to you till THEY HAVE FUNDS from your bank. It does not matter to them whether you have put your down payment and that their finance person has it confirmed with Bank of America that funds were good. So god forbid, you are trying to buy a vehicle from out of state and have the misfortune of liking a vehicle in their lot, JUST PLEASE BACK OUT and take your business elsewhere.
The only person at their operation who even has a semblance of customer service is Mr. Eddie Martinez who got involved and helped me sort out this mess. Kudos to the dude.
