Last Summer, the AC in my vehicle started blowing out warm air! I took my vehicle to Auto-Lab, where repairs were done! (I own a Kia, so trust me, this was not a cheap fix). The AC blew cold again! This Summer, I had the same issue! I took my vehicle back to Auto-Lab, where I spoke with Sam! I was told that I would have to pay for another diagnostic check, and if there was an issue from the previous parts/work, which they had done, then it would be covered under warranty, and that I wouldn't have to pay anything! (I prayed about it)! Well, I want to say that Sam explained to me that there was a leak around the part that they had put on last Summer, it was still under Warranty, so they would repair it at NO CHARGE! I thanked God, and him so much for his honesty, because he could have easily said that there was something unrelated to the repairs that they had previously done! This showed me that there are still honest people in this world! Thanks so much Sam!
