I've been using Autopro for years. Trustworthy & dependable service is what you get from them. Always tell you how it is and your options. They understand customer service and look after you - the consumer. That's what brings me back for all my auto needs whether it being a oil change or any other work.

"Excellent customer service"
Best Automotive service in Memphis, this is the second time I have used Auto Pro in Cordova. They understand customer service and actually care about there customers and go the extra mile. Why would I go anywhere else? It is so refreshing to find a business that understands customer service these days. Oh, and the prices are reasonable.

"Complete Drive Train Inspection and Repair as needed"
I recently bought a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe and wanted it inspected and repaired as needed. Tim and his team did an excellent job of keeping me posted and aware of all issues. They made the appropriate repairs and informed me in advance of all repairs. I would recommend Autopro Inc. to anyone.

We are sorry that Mrs. O'Bryan is not happy with the service she received. However, when she brought it in the vehicle was not charging. We told her a year ago that she needed to replace the engine and major front end repairs that it was not worth trying to repair because of the extent of the damage. She wants to keep the vehicle for sentimental value, but the car is not safe to drive. She asked us to go ahead and replace the alternator so the vehicle would run. It was charging and running when it left. We have worked with her over the years and even financed repairs on the car until a year ago when we told her she needed the engine. The car sits more than she drives it and the vehicle needs extensive work. The vehicle is NOT safe to drive and we have told her this on more than one occasion. She needs to repair the vehicle correctly and not band aid fix it anymore or take it off the road. We have tried our best to make her understand this.
