MARTIN JOYNER OWNER OF B&S MUFFLER AND BRAKES IS A CROOKED BUSINESSMAN!!
He told me he could do transmission repair on my vehicle, Hummer H2. I trusted him at his word, paid him the full amount he charged me and my transmission has not been repaired! After taking it back for the 3rd time, I learned he did not actually do transmissions and that he sent it out to QUALITY GM TRANSMISSION FOR THE WORK!! The reviews for that business is Absolutely horrible!! He should have been HONEST with me and told me that he did not do transmissions!! I have taken my Hummer H2 back 6 TIMES because it stopped working or not working correctly and leaking and each time was told it was good now. The final time was just before July 4th weekend and after driving off to take a short trip, the transmission lost all power! I WAS STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY FOR 3 hours! I AM A FEMALE AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIFYING!! I Had my vehicle towed to a reputable transmission shop (HHH) and they sent me pictures of my ruined transmission that will NOW cost me $6000 to have replaced due to the damage that includes connecting parts! HHH said SILICONE was used to try and seal leaks in various places, that my transfer case was CRACKED, that they DIDN’T replace interior parts or seals that were suppose to be replaced!
I TRUSTED B&S MUFFLER AND BRAKE AT THEIR WORD, HE TOOK MY MONEY AND IS NOW SAYING I NEED TO WORK IT OUT WITH THE PLACE HE SENT IT TO!!
!! NO SIR ITS YOUR JOB TO MAKE IT RIGHT !! I PAID YOU MR JOYNER!!
I AM REACHING OUT TO THE PUBLIC !!!
OWNER MARTIN JOYNER HAS TAKEN MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND DID NOT DELIVER QUALITY WORKMANSHIP!!
I have called multiple times to speak with Mr Joyner on this matter and he has denied me my right to have this matter taken care of! HE NOW JUST HANGS UP ON ME OR AVOIDS THE CALL ALTOGETHER!!
PLEASE SPEAK OUT ABOUT THIS INJUSTICE - CALL MARTIN JOYNER! BE A VOICE FOR ME SINCE HE WON’T TAKE MY CALLS ! TELL HIM HE NEEDS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!
