Aaron said he had to take his vehicle back, because they did not put the air conditioning line back in place. He lost time from work. The owner was great, and he offered him a discount to make up for it. He is looking forward to seeing Willie again.

Samual said the waiting room was well maintained. They were very clean, wholesome, and extremely nice. They had a family atmosphere. There was no loud music, no one was smoking or cursing, and there was no profanity. They had a nice television and many up-to-date books. He stated he felt very comfortable bringing his grandson there. The visit was very pleasant and short. It took 30 minutes, at most. The staff was efficient and honest. They answered all his questions. He is highly satisfied, and will definitely be back again.

The only problem I have is I had a small cotter pin put in the battery cable to helps snugg it up so I would not have trouble cranking the car. Someone removed and the nut on my positive side of the battery cable was missing.

James said the business is a 'bring your own part' business. They quoted one price for having a water pump put in, but because it's 'bring your own part' the price was a little higher. After the pump was mounted there were leaks, so it had to be removed and a different problem needed to be repaired at an additional cost.
