very personable staff; competent;friendly;honest;nice waiting room.
For me, as a person who knows nothing about vehicles, it is important that I can trust my service dealer. They never try to push extra service on you like some dealers, and will even help/advise gratis when you have not been to them in a long time. Which means, I will go to them regularly and for all my car maintenance/needs.

Waiting room is comfortable but can walk to Spot Coffee or Orchard Fresh if a diversion. No long waits for service either.
