Through my life I've been rather accustomed to auto repair people being short on customer engagement, sometimes bordering on surly, seeming to think I should be grateful to them and pay them a lot and not "bug" them with details. They especially don't like details when they seem to be trying to take advantage of me. That said, I am so grateful that I happened to have a severe auto problem just near Bauer's and had no choice but to give them a try. So glad! All their staff and friendly, helpful, willing to share advice and help me save money if they can, They do good work. Further, their waiting room is not filthy, cold and unpleasant. it is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend Bauer's.
