best bunch of pros, in Hawaii
when you have a 20-year-old BMW convertible you expect problems you expect, they’ll be expensive but what you don’t necessarily expect is it somebody will be so thoughtful, thorough patient and with good humor, do what needs to be done so you leave feeling confidence you’re in good hands.

I know Rick best, he always makes it easy to get help as fast as possible pick up or not pick up at my convenience.

Everyone seems to know my name or at least my car and is friendly and helpful. This may sound like a basic thing, but we all know that doesn’t happen everywhere.
