Your vehicle was dropped off by a tow truck later on In the day Monday the 9th. The wrecker driver left keys in it. We were not able to get to it due to the time dropped off. Tuesday the 10th we did not get the vehicle in till late and wed the 11th we finished it. He let it sit the rest of the day to verify the vehicle would start and run. U were called and you picked the vehicle up on the 12th. U drove the vehicle to get ready for inspection and returned on the 13 and had it inspected. I would like to hear your side so I can correct the issue as our timelines are conflicting. I can’t fix what I don’t know about.
