I think the people at Bay Custom Auto Body in Chesapeake VA are awesome! Their customer service is excellent from the Front Desk Receptionist to the people ordering the parts for your car. Mr. Sledge was great, he called me daily to give me the status on my vehicle. I thought that was not only professioal but accountable. The staff made me feel very comfortable and I trusted that they would be doing the best job possible for me. As it turns out, the car looked better than it did when I purchased it. Thank you for being the only part of this experience that ran well. I really appreciate it.
