No communication
I have called and emailed the service department for several weeks regarding a broken tag light. I finally made contact with Phillip who told me to bring my car at 7:30 am to have the tag light looked at. I did as he instructed and then was told to pick up the car as a part had to be ordered. I have not heard from anyone since. When I call to inquire I always have to leave a message. However most of the time when I’m working I can not get messages and no voice mails are left. I do not understand why no one has contacted me about this, and why it it taking so long to get this tag light.
