"HEADLIGHT REPALCEMENT"
Service rep was aware I was coming and processed me right away. Tool a little longer than he estimated, but both one headlight and one fog lamp were replaced and now work fine! Rep ad cashier both very courteous.

Mathew in service was not only understanding re: my need for a new battery, but also was able to work it into the work schedule with absolutely no advance warning. My battery was dead, I called triple A for a jump start and battery replacement and asked for thier express service. Three and a half hours later triple A arrived and informed me they could jump start my car but did not replace batteries for Hyundai Elantra vehicles. I had informed AAA of the make, model, and year of my car and stillo have had no feedback re: why, if they knew the service call would not replace my battery, why did they not inform me of that prior to my 3+ hour delay waiting for that service to be performed???? Once the battery was jumped, I drove my car to the dealership hoping I could get the battery replaced. This occurred in mid-afternoon and I hoped it would be possible...Matthew not only worked my car into the schedule but noted the car filter was also in need of replacement. Finally, he noted there was a recall on my car that I will be scheduling for work next week. This young man deserves credit for performance above and beyound duty. Thank you. S Sweeney

My service man , Mat, was great BUT i feel you need more Hyundai warranty service techs. If i have a warranty issue it takes for ever. Not enough service techs
