Juan said he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and he does not know why. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because the business fixed his broken parts instead of putting new parts in. He was not satisfied with the business' communication because of the reasons already stated.

Joe said he cannot evaluate the quality of the repair because he is still waiting for a back panel to his vehicle. His vehicle was delayed because the parts did not arrive on time, but he is not sure how much longer it took.

Marsha said they didn't finish working on her vehicle. She was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because there is some wind noise coming from the back window on the passenger's side and she is taking the vehicle back. There was no promised time for the vehicle to be ready. The regular estimator was not available and she was not completely satisfied with the estimator on duty because he wasn't very informative and he didn't explain everything.

Juan said there were lots of problems with the repair. They told him his vehicle would be ready in 9 days, but the repair took 32 days. He was given different reasons for the delay, from wrong parts coming in and parts having to be painted, to the vehicle had to be aligned. He said this business never returned any calls and he had to contact them for information. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated and he would not recommend this business to others because of the lack of communication.

Freddie said he used this business about five or six years ago and it was terrible. He told them he would never use them again. He is glad he gave them a second chance, they did a good job and he will recommend this business.

John said he was not satisfied with the quality, but did not say why. It took 5 days longer than promised because they were waiting on a part and sticker for his vehicle. He does not know why he was not kept informed, he had to call the business to be updated. Their communication could improve a little.

Spoke with Cindy. She said the people there are not very friendly and they had her vehicle for 43 days. She was not happy with the way she was treated because her rental ran out and they wouldn't loan her a vehicle. She had to pay out of pocket for 10 days. She was not happy with the communication because they never called her. She said the work was good but the people are bad.

Jeremy said it took an extra day to get his vehicle back because the driver's side door handle needed to be repainted. It didn't bother him because he prefers to have the work done right.
