Shaniva said she was not satisfied with the body work and the paint work performed on her vehicle, but she did not elaborate further. She had to call in for some of the updates. She was not satisfied with the person who prepared the estimate, because it ended up changing. She would recommend this business for paint work, but not for body work.

Stephanie said the facility had her vehicle for over a month and a plastic piece came flying off as she and her husband were on a trip. She is not satisfied with the quality because the piece between the passenger's front door and the windshield came off and the rest is not quite lined up. She and her husband are taking the vehicle back. She was given different dates and times for when the vehicle would be ready depending on who she was talking to. Someone would tell her the vehicle would be ready on Friday and she would call and someone else would tell her the glass was not in and maybe it would be ready the next day. She was kept informed in the beginning but not in the end. The insurance company dealt with the estimate. They were not being respectful with her time. She would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.

Frederic said his experience with this business was terrible but it wasn't all their fault. Chuck did a good job on the estimate and they did a good job on the repairs they did get done. They were supposed to have fixed everything and they did not. There were things they missed that he had to point out to them. They originally quoted him 30 days, but it took them 6 weeks. He made 2 different 4 hour trips to go pick up his vehicle but they were not done with it either time. In addition, when they were done with his vehicle he didn't even make it home with it. He had to have it towed to a second facility. He would however, still recommend this business.

Brian said he was not given a promise of time. They ended up needing to keep his vehicle for 8 weeks because the repair was so extensive. The customer care they provided was excellent and they kept him informed. They went above and beyond in terms of the way they handled the repair.
