Terry said it took longer than expected to get the bumper for his vehicle. They were required to use aftermarket parts by the insurance company and the first 3 bumpers were damaged. His vehicle was about 3 or 4 days late.

Francisco said he is always happy with this business. They stayed on schedule and kept him informed the whole time. They provided him with prompt service and were on top of their game. He is thankful for the service he got and does not have any regrets as far as his choice to take his vehicle there. Jeff in particular was outstanding .He would not take his vehicle anywhere else.

Spoke with Melissa. She said this business did a great job and put the vehicle back together perfectly. The vehicle was delayed because they were waiting for parts. She does not remember how long the delay was but the repair took a total of 3 weeks. The business was recommended by the insurance company but she had used them before and they were good.

Daniel said he was not given a promise of time. It took them 3 weeks to fix a few small things. He had to start paying for his own rental because he ran out of days covered by his insurance company. They did not update him on the status of his vehicle. He would not recommend this business because they did not care about his time.

Daniel is just simply wrong. We do care about his time. Unfortunately his vehicle had water damage during a Hurricane Harvey. When our staff and other customers have the same type damage their vehicles, it will take longer than normal to process repairs. It is simple math. To many cars to repair, with limited capicity and work hours per day. His was just one of almost 500,000 damaged vehicles in Houston and although most customers were understanding, not all of them were.
