Robert said there was a little bit of lapse in communication. The guy handling his claim didn't communicate clearly enough with him, and was not very friendly when he spoke with him on the phone. The repair was great. The insurance company handled the estimate. When he went into the facility, everybody was friendly and helpful.

From what she can tell, the vehicle looks brand new. She is unfamiliar with the thoroughness of the person who prepared her estimate, because the insurance company took care of it.
