Katie said the process was timely and went smoothly. She had to go back to the business once as they forgot to tint the front passenger window. Also, the work took a few days longer than predicted as the insurance delayed their approval for the work. The communication with her was okay, but she would have preferred more frequent updates.

David said that he had to go back to fix same repair. He said he had been to this place before and they did a good job. He suggested that they keep up the good work. They're doing a pretty good job, which is why he keeps going back, and it's all about the customer service.

Steven said the main issue was that it took almost 7 weeks to get his vehicle back. He added he is not sure if it was the fault of the business or his insurance for the long time frame. He was never given an promised time for when the repairs should have been finished by. He had to call, himself, multiple times in order to get more information about where his vehicle was in the repair process. While he is willing to go back to the business for future repairs himself, they have not yet done a well enough job for him to recommend them to anyone else.

Armand stated he felt things were misinterpreted and he initially had to pay for something he felt he shouldn't have. He wrote a review and they ended up refunding him the money. There was an uneven screw and it was fixed right away. They did a good job on the paint work. They did not give him a time frame of when his vehicle would be ready. They told him it would be ready when the parts came in. They called him twice a week to update him with what was going on. He was not satisfied with the first guy who prepared the estimate but he was satisfied with Vernon.

Hassan said the staff did a really good job. He said there were a few minor mistakes, but he took the vehicle back in, and the staff fixed them right away. He expressed his vehicle looks brand new. He has recently noted a rattling coming from the hood when he drives on the freeway, so he is planning to follow up about that as well.
