Katrina said she asked the person to do some additional work to the vehicle and this was not done. There were a couple of dents that she wanted fixed. They discussed them pretty thoroughly, and what she would have to pay, but these were not done. All he told her was that they were not able to fix them. She was satisfied with the quality but they did not replace the right tow hook that was damaged, when he did tell her this was going to be replaced. All they did was paint it. There was no promised finish time, and she was called once on the process. She was satisfied with the estimate but the additional work was not done for her, and is returning for these dents to be taken care of.

Lisa said there was a small problem but it was taken care of, which she appreciates. As far as the estimate, she has a warranty and she had to purchase 3 tires that now have to be credited back to her account. She comes to this facility because of Steve and the whole department. She is treated very well and the work always turns out fantastic.

Jeff said overall, it was a good experience but in regards to the communication, when he makes a call and leaves a voice mail, it should only take 5 minutes to call the customer back. He said it was inappropriate for the staff to respond by email 2 days later.

Spoke with Angelo. He said the staff kept him up to date about what was going on with the vehicle and when the parts came in. They did a great job with the repairs, he was more than satisfied. As soon it was done, Alec called him to let him know his vehicle was ready to be picked up. The staff were all very helpful and provided excellent customer service.
