Christina said everybody treated her lovely. The problem was that on two separate occasions, she was notified that her vehicle was ready, and when she arrived, she noticed scratches or dings to be addressed. The repair facility had informed the insurance that her vehicle was ready and she essentially was charged an extra day rental fee. She now is working to get the fee covered.

Livia said she liked this business. The people are wonderful. She chose them because she is comfortable with them. She asked them to find a small part for her that her grandkids lost somehow that went to the door, and Ira is working on locating it for her. There was a delay due to the insurance.
