Breanna said her overall experience was good. Her vehicle took 2 weeks longer because of the miscommunication with the insurance facility. She had to call in for updates. She was not satisfied with the mechanics. Her vehicle does look great.

David said the employees did well and he liked the work even though the employees got behind sometimes. The vehicle was delayed by a couple days because the employees had other vehicles to fix as well.

Guilia said this facility repaired her vehicle, but as she was driving it overheated. She brought it back in and they corrected it right away. They had forgotten to add the radiator coolant. It was a 3 day delay and she had to have it towed back in. Lauren was phenomenal though and handled everything immediately. She was really great overall.

Wesley said it turned out to more expensive than the original estimate was, the vehicle was brought in when it was raining and they did dry it off with a towel. Since it was wet they didn't see the damage on the vehicle and he didn't see it either. He bought his vehicle there and they had high reviews.

Peter said there were delays throughout the process, and he wasn't kept well informed. Also, when he picked up his vehicle, the pressure was low in all of the tires. He stated he was not given a date the repairs would be finished up front, but his insurance company let him know it took them a long time to get an estimate to them. Additionally, when the repairs were finished, they held on to the vehicle while they were waiting for payment from the insurance company.

We are soory the insurance company took so long to process and pay for your claim. When an insurer paying the bill, we must wait for their approval and payment to repair and release the vehicle. This is the only way to insure you do not have to pay the bill. Thank for yor business

Spoke with Rebecca. She said she took her vehicle in for repairs but the vehicle does not look aligned. The front bumper is sticking up and not aligned with the hood. Also, the cup holder is broken and was told to take the vehicle to be checked and they did offer to make a correction.

Eddie said he was told by the staff at this business that his vehicle would be ready sooner than it was. He was told they were waiting for the insurance to approve, however he contacted the insurance and was told things were already approved. He was told he could pick his vehicle up on Monday but it was Wednesday or Thursday when he got his vehicle back. He called them on his own for updates.

Laura said they did not do the complete examination of the vehicle. The stated they needed a signed document to do it. It was there all of the time, they just could not find it. She was not given a time the vehicle would be ready. However, it took a long time. She chose not to elaborate on if she was kept adequately informed but stated the updates were fair. She chose not to evaluate her satisfaction with the communication, but noted it was decent. The communication was decent.

Blanca said some of the experience was bad due to miscommunication. She had to call the facility and visit there for repair status updates. The facility received a estimate and check from the insurance company for almost $1200. She paid the deductible a month ago. Laura, at the facility, did not remember she had received the deductible. The business wanted her to pay it again. She was told the vehicle would not be released. Most of the staff was professional. She stated that, however, Laura should have paid more attention to details and communicated better.

David said that he had to go back to fix same repair. He said he had been to this place before and they did a good job. He suggested that they keep up the good work. They're doing a pretty good job, which is why he keeps going back, and it's all about the customer service.
