Blanca said some of the experience was bad due to miscommunication. She had to call the facility and visit there for repair status updates. The facility received a estimate and check from the insurance company for almost $1200. She paid the deductible a month ago. Laura, at the facility, did not remember she had received the deductible. The business wanted her to pay it again. She was told the vehicle would not be released. Most of the staff was professional. She stated that, however, Laura should have paid more attention to details and communicated better.

David said that he had to go back to fix same repair. He said he had been to this place before and they did a good job. He suggested that they keep up the good work. They're doing a pretty good job, which is why he keeps going back, and it's all about the customer service.

Hector said the repair took two weeks longer than he expected. He was not promised that the vehicle would be ready on any certain day. He stated that he had to initiate contact with the business because his calls were not being returned. He mentioned that the customer service could have been better also.

Armand stated he felt things were misinterpreted and he initially had to pay for something he felt he shouldn't have. He wrote a review and they ended up refunding him the money. There was an uneven screw and it was fixed right away. They did a good job on the paint work. They did not give him a time frame of when his vehicle would be ready. They told him it would be ready when the parts came in. They called him twice a week to update him with what was going on. He was not satisfied with the first guy who prepared the estimate but he was satisfied with Vernon.

Rachel said parts of the vehicle that did not need repair were different when she got the vehicle back. The paint work on the door was not completed. For these reasons, she would not recommend the facility to others. She chose this facility because of a positive past repair experience. This experience was not the same.

Brittini said this business was behind in submitting the supplement forms to her insurance. They had her vehicle for a month. They did not promise her a date but they told her every week that her vehicle would be ready next week. They also had to wait on parts. Ira was helpful and always answered his phone. She purchased her vehicle from them and trusted them.

Spoke with Mayra. She said she found some issues but because she picked up her vehicle already, and the fact that her work hours don't go with the business, she cant get her concerns fixed. She has to do them on her own, because they are not open weekends. Her vehicle never had a promise date.

Lin said the repair was not very timely. The vehicle was promised on Friday and not returned for several days afterwards. The delay was due to a paint issue. The estimator was nice. However, he was given one price and it then changed. The repair was not delivered with as much efficiently this visit.
