Ricardo said their prices were too high, but the repair was perfect and his associate was good too. He was not happy with the estimate because it was too high and he had to pay out of pocket expenses.

Skilled labor isnt's cheap and cheap labor isn't skilled. However, our prices are very competative when compared to other highly trained and OEM certified shops.

Lorenzo said he was told some of the re-upholstered seat is loose, the carpet has little things on it from being replaced, the back of the seat is loose. It still has scratches on the bottom part of the bumper. He is in Chicago and will come in when he returns. He was not given a promised by date.

Mason said the business replaced a window and the tint on his vehicle and he was given a certain price and paid it the day before he picked it up. When he was picking it up, they tried to charge him an extra $45 for the tint, but when he explained that it was supposed to be included they let it go and didn't charge him.
