Mike thanks😁, I got mikes vehicle back in and verified that the system works ok... It has a black interior and takes about 10-20 minutes to cool down.. IT WORKS PROPERLY. Also recc him getting some tint or a shade to keep the sun from baking the black interior, especially for the windshield and front 2 doors.
Ok, 1st off, I'm sorry we misdiagnosed your vehicle, it's not always as easy as you think. And sure, call us stupid and rip offs if you like, too many other MEN AND WOMAN know otherwise !!
2nd if the ignition switch was faulty the first time it wouldn't have lasted 2.5 months with zero issues...
3rd, I charged you zero (paid) for $300 in tow bills and also replaced the starter per your husbands request because a mechanic friend of yours said its the starter...it started with out issue 12x at the shop, we did it anyway.
4th, you have a battery warehouse battery that is defective (your husband has the readout) so if you haven't alraady, REPLACE IT WITH A GOOD QUALITY CORRECT BATTERY.. Napa has the right one.
5th, I'll refund you your money from the 1st time and you can search elsewhere for an honest mechanic.. WE ARE COMPLETELY HONEST -- THERE IS NO QUESTION WITH THAT!!!
Again, I'm sorry we misdiagnosed your vehicle! Also ,I'd prefer a phone call. I had a respectful conversation with your husband and told him if there are any issues call me.. Obviously he and or you didn't. I'm sorry but this is an unfair assessment of my company. I'll call you tomorrow and issue a credit to your bank card or come in and I'll give you a check. Thanks!

This guy is completely unreasonable, didn't have an appointment, his truck is an antique, parts weren't readily available, also, he agreed to the price prior to picking up his vehicle. He obviously doesn't understand that a business survives by making a profit on PARTS AND LABOR. I DONT CARE IF HE EVER COMES BACK, HE IS NOT A VALUBLE CUSTOMER AND IF YOU WISH TO POST THIS PLEASE DO, BUT IF YOU ONLY POST HIS COMMENT I WILL DROP SURE CRITIC WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT
