DO NOT TRUST A SINGLE WORD FROM THE FINANCE MANAGER AT THIS DEALERSHIP!! When I purchased my vehicle in 2022, I was explicitly told I was buying a lifetime maintenance plan. I even paid over $3,000 for it—only to find out during my 30,000-mile service visit that the plan was completely used up and no longer valid.
So what did I actually pay for? A few basic oil changes—which, by the way, were already included for free at jones!
This is dishonest, misleading, and a clear case of upselling a product under false pretenses. If this is how they do business, I strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere.
