Took over an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation. We make the appointments,but they don’t seem to honor appointment time.

They want the customer to be satisfied
My customer service representative worked with me to resolve my repair issue. I had problems with my warranty company accepting responsibility for the repair. My customer service rep argued on my behalf and provided me the opportunity to resolve the matter with them. Under a typical situation I would have expected the service rep to tell me "the warranty company won't cover your claim so do you want us to fix the car or not and by the way, this is what it's going to cost". Instead once the warranty company explained to me why they denied my claim my service rep offered several repair options and explained them in detail. The service rep really had my back and made a quality repair that was not more than was necessary. It should be noted that I grew up working on cars and motorcycles and that two of my brothers own their own auto repair shops (they are both out of state). I was treated with respect and provided honest information.
