I purchased a used vehicle with a service contract and warranty from this dealership and the service provided was so horrible that I have now traded in my car. Every time I brought my car in for an oil change over the course of a year I asked for my tires to be rotated and only 1 time did it actually happen. My tires were marked "in the green" on a multi-point inspection when they had been recommended for replacement at another, more trustworthy shop, so its clear that their techs aren't even inspecting things. My differential was marked leaking when it was bone dry. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I brought my car in for a service and clearly requested that the tires be rotated as they were put on 6 months prior and never had been rotated (due to their inability to perform a service as requested). When I picked up the vehicle I asked the service advisor Jeff if the tires had been rotated and he informed me that they had checked and a rotation was not needed. I responded that it was interesting that he would say that as they had been mounted 6 months before and never rotated. He said "haha, well you just must not drive very aggressively because they didn't need to be rotated" and laughed and laughed like I was the dumbest person in the world for thinking that my tires should be rotated. I pulled my car into the shop across the street (they do a great job over there!) and had them measure my tires and found that there was a huge difference in my tread wear and that a tire rotation was definitely necessary Not only that but my oil filter was about to fall out (I had only driven across the street - they got lucky that I noticed it before I began my 30 mile drive home on the highway) and the residual oil had not been cleaned off of the engine when the oil change was performed. I tried to contact the service manager Matt Mahoney via phone, left a nice message requesting a call back about 2 months ago and still never got a response. All I wanted was an apology for being lied to straight to my face and to have some sort of reassurance that I could actually trust these people with my vehicle but its clear that nobody over there actually cares about providing quality service. I wouldn't recommend this shop if it was the place in Bend to get my car serviced.
