"Amazing"
I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. It failed so I brought it back to the dealer who was supposed to fix some of the issues. Upon bringing my vehicle back to B&G to have them repair what the dealer was not required to they noticed that the tie rod the dealer repaired was extremely loose. If they had not checked to make sure the dealer did the repairs for me I never would have known and it could have turned into a disaster. B&G did the repairs however they did not charge me as they were working in that area of the vehicle anyway and thought of my safety first. The mechanics and Sherry are always going up and Beyond to make sure my vehicle is safe regardless of who does the repairs. The repairs took less time then what they estimated it would and only charged me for the labor time actually done. I can count on them to always be honest and I never need to worry about anything. Thank you B&G!

We performed an oil change on your vehicle as your requested and topped of all your fluids at no extra charge. I'm sorry your vehicle you just purchased from somewhere is in need of a lot of repairs and if you thought an oil change was going to take care of your problems.

"Great Service "
Just purchased my 2006 Chevy Uplander. Brought it in not just for the inspection but for a seven-point check. There was a lot wrong with the car. Sherry took the time to explain to me what the dealer had to repair as the car failed the inspection versus what I needed to fix. After my car was repaired the dealer told me that they would need to put a certain part on and quoted me a price.I brought the car back to B&G and they determine that it needed more than just one part. Sherry was able to put full front and back brakes on quickly, efficiently and a cost lower than what the dealer was offering. She looked over the car to make sure that the dealer did the repairs they were required to for the failed inspection. She explained to me since the check engine light is on the dealer still needs to work on that. And again once the cars brought in for another repair next week she'll verify everything was done correctly. I love that they are very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. As I have a difficulty in walking, they went up and Beyond to make sure my vehicle was close to the door so I could get to the vehicle safely and quickly. They really do put their customers first!
