"Big Boys, No complaints."
I have had many things done to several vehicles including personal and company owned ones. They are friendly and seem to want to work with you. They keep you informed every step of the way.

Cynthia said there was a misunderstanding with Joe, the person who helped her with everything. She called him wanting to know when they were going to start working on her vehicle She forgot he had already told her they would start the work in a week and a half. Joe asked her if she wanted to pick up her vehicle without them working on it. She ended up apologizing to him and he apologized to her. Her vehicle is running well now, but the check engine light came on yesterday. If the light stays on, she will bring it to a local repair business to find out what is going on.
