Differential fluid and oil change
Above average price for a straightforward differential fluid and oil change (compared to Google average estimates for Range Rover services). Plus, did not completely shut my hood, which was an unpleasant surprise driving down the road after pickup.

We appreciate your feedback and take your concerns seriously. We strive to provide quality service, but it sounds like we may have missed the mark this time, especially when it comes to ensuring your hood was properly secured. That’s definitely not the kind of surprise one needs while cruising in a Range Rover and I hope I expressed our sincerest apologies when you called to let us know what had happened. Thankfully your vehicle has the secondary safety feature to prevent the hood from flying up if not properly latched in the event that an accident like this ever happens.

As for the pricing, we aim to offer competitive rates while ensuring comprehensive service and the specialty expertise and experience our technicians offer. Our rates are well below similar shops in our area who can provide that kind of knowledge and skill. However, we understand that everyone loves a good deal, and never try to sway our customers from shopping around for better pricing or making sure to ask for price quotes in advance of requested work. Out of my own curiosity, and knowing our rates are competitive, I did ask google AI overview what the cost would be for the services you had scheduled us to complete (a front and rear differential service, a brake fluid flush, and an oil change cost on a 2011 Range Rover HSE) and it came up with a figure between $850-1200+ on average.
